Mastercard Credit Cards

MasterCardEstablished in 1966 MasterCard, then known as Interbank Card Association & owned by United California Bank has become one of the most well known names of our modern generation. In 1979 Mastercharge: The Interbank Card was renamed to "MasterCard". MasterCard purchased the British company "Access Credit Card" and merged the name with MasterCard. Finally in 2002 MasterCard acquired the European credit card issuer Eurocard.

Most recently MasterCard have introduced their Mastercard SecureCode which has tightened the strings on Credit Card fraud. It allows you to register extra security details so that without these details your card cannot be used for online purchases.
